It is a pleasure to work at OWH

MV Baltic Summer is one of the vessels that regularly call at the port of St. Petersburg. The reefer is owned by OWH Shipmanagement GmbH. 

Russian seafarers are employed on board the company's vessels through the St. Petersburg-based OOO Afalina Shipping Management Company. 

This year, MV Baltic Summer has called at St. Petersburg twice. According to our compatriots who have experience working at the company, the working conditions on board the vessels are excellent. 

For example, an advantage for them is the possibility of crew change at Russian ports, as well as the level of wages. In general, the working conditions on board OWH's vessels meet all the necessary standards, including the requirements of the Maritime Labor Convention 2006.

Let us remind, that the fleet of OWH Shipmanagement GmbH operates under a collective agreement concluded between the Baltic Territorial Organization of the Seafarers' Union of Russia and OWH.
