SUR Primary Organization of Vladivostok has supported the seafarer's family

The family of a seafarer applied to the Seafarers' Union of Russia's  Primary Organization of Vladivostok, as the crew member of vessel "Lagart" needed to be signed off from the vessel to continue medical treatment ashore. 

The fact is that the seafarer was stung by a jellyfish - his hands began to swell, and problems with his kidneys started. The family of the seafarer was very worried about his life and health. 

The trade union committee contacted the management of the company located in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and requested to assist in sending the seafarer ashore. 

To this, a written response was received from the HR Manager that the crew member received full treatment on board and does not complain about his health. The company also confirmed that the replacement will take place as soon as possible. 

The trade union committee conveyed this information to the family. SUR Primary Organization of Vladivostok is keeping the situation under control.
