ADTO SUR and SL Shipping company signed a collective agreement

The Azov-Don Territorial Organization of the Seafarers' Union of Russia and Silverline Shipping will continue cooperation in maintaining social dialogue — the collective agreement has been signed at the shipping company's office.

ADTO SUR Chairman Leonid Glushak noted that the collective agreement has been extended until the spring of 2026. During negotiations, the social partners reached an agreement on increasing wages, which enable to create job stability for seafarers and to retain personnel.

Let us add that the shipping company “Silverline Shipping” and ADTO SUR have a long-term partnership. The company's vessels operate under the Russian flag.
