SUR and V.Ships have signed a collective agreement

Seafarers' Union of Russia (SUR) and  a ship management company  V.Ships have concluded  a collective agreement for 2024-2025. According to SUR Vice President Vadim Ivanov, the previous agreement  was also valid for two years, from 2022 to 2023. 

The document has been amended: it has been negotiated the 6% rise in crew salaries. The first increase by 4% will be in 2024, and the second one – by another 2% - in 2025.

“At the moment, correspondence is ongoing to agree on the final document,” - Vadim Ivanov added.

Note that SUR been cooperating with V.Ships for more than 25 years. The name of this company is on the ear among most Russian seafarers. This company employs more than 3,000 of our citizens.
